Suspending Agents - Nonsurfactant is a group of cosmetic ingredients which facilitate the dispersion of solids in liquids. They function primarily by coating the solid through the process of adsorption, thus changing the surface characteristic of the suspended solid. The listing below excludes dispersing agents of the surfactant type, Antistatic Agents, Emulsion Stabilizers, and Viscosity-Increasing Agents, Aqueous and Non-Aqueous.
